A new home in South Ogden

The beginning of March Prestige Home Tending got a new home in South Ogden. It is a 5400 square foot home and is listed for $409k. It is a beautiful home with 3 levels and almost 2000 sqr. ft. on each level. The home tenders we have in that home are a super nice younger family and they were previously home tending in another home in Ogden for about a year. They were happy there was a home available in the area so their kids could stay at their same school. They keep the house super clean and cooperate very well with realtor showings.

Just moved home tenders out of our Mendon home

We recently had home tenders in a 4400 square foot home in Mendon, Utah and the home just got under contract. The home tenders moved out last week after living there for almost 6 months. They got a great deal on a super nice home and are now living in a 2 bedroom small apartment for the same amount as they were paying to live in our large home. This house had 7 bedrooms and they managed to fill every room with furniture. It was very nicely staged and they kept is super clean. Neither of them had hardly any family in the area to help them move and so my husband's moving company, Smooth Movers sent their movers out to help them move. The couple would have never made it out of the house in time if it wasn't for those wonderful movers. They were very quick at moving the furniture out and took good care of everything.
